  Low Tide Only
   

Our electric skateboard tours rely on low tide for the perfect ride—hard-packed, smooth sand is a must! If the tide is too high, you’ll end up stuck in the soft sand, and that’s no fun for anyone. 

Because of this, tour times are limited, and spots fill up fast, especially on summer weekends. Booking early is the best way to lock in your adventure and ensure prime beach-cruising conditions!

For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, our Sand Surfer Electric Skateboard Tours are recommended for ages 8 and up. 

No prior skateboarding experience is needed — our boards are easy to ride and designed for all skill levels.

No experience? No problem! Our electric skateboard tours are designed for riders of all skill levels, so whether you’re a seasoned skater or a total beginner, you’ll be cruising with confidence in no time. 

You can choose to ride standing up or opt for our fun “Mario Kart style” seated position—whatever feels best for you! Your expert tour guide will provide easy instructions and personalized tips to ensure a smooth and enjoyable ride. 

With a little guidance and a lot of fun, you'll be gliding through St. Augustine like a pro before you know it!

  Sunglasses & Positive Vibes
   

It is best to bring the least amount of things as possible. You don't want to leave your items unattended on the beach, and riding with gear may be challenging if you don't have experience. 

Shoes are optional - some people prefer with, some prefer without. The tops of the boards have traditional grit like a regular skateboard.

SPF - it is wise to apply prior to your ride.

Water - stay hydrated! Have water ready for after your ride. If needed, you can bring a water bottle onto the beach and either ride with it, or leave it nearby.

The main beach we meet at does have restrooms and showers. 

However, if you have requested a different beach location there may not be facilities nearby. Confirm with you guide if you are unsure.

Welcome to Florida, where the sunshine is plentiful—but so is the surprise rain! One minute it’s blue skies, the next it’s a tropical downpour. 

We keep a close eye on the forecast, but Mother Nature loves to keep us on our toes. If it looks like the weather is going to rain on your parade (or your ride), we’ll reach out to reschedule or offer a refund. 

So don’t worry—whether it’s sun or storm, we’ve got you covered!
